The Unfolded Circle website is operated by Unfolded Circle ApS, where Products (“Products”) maybe be purchased from. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Product. By ordering any Unfolded Circle Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

We cannot guarantee that all our Products will be in stock when you place the order. If we are unable to process you order, we will contact you to notify you that we are unable to fulfil the order.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. Please note that this does not mean that we have accepted your order. You are obliged to make a payment, as your order constitutes an offer to buy Products from Unfolded Circle. All orders are subject to acceptance by Unfolded Circle, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending a confirmation that the Products have been dispatched (Order Confirmation). Only when the Order Confirmation is sent to you by us, the sale is concluded. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
The Contract will relate to only to those Products we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products even if they have been part of your order until the dispatch of Products has been confirmed in a separate Order Confirmation.
We aim to fulfill your order by the delivery date stated in the Order Confirmation or within 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation if no specific delivery date is provided. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly. Products will be delivered to you by courier.
You have the right to cancel the Contract within 14 days without providing any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us of your decision by submitting a return request. You must return all received Products, should you wish to cancel the Contract. You are liable for the Products while they are in your possession.
The Products will be at your sole risk from the day you receive the Products.
The prices listed for our Products on our website include only EU VAT and do not encompass import taxes or duties. Import taxes and duties for outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed prices. Additionally, shipping costs, separate from any import fees, will be added to the total amount during checkout.
Please be aware that prices are subject to change at any time. However, confirmed orders that have received an Order Confirmation will not be affected by subsequent price alterations.
While we aim for precise pricing, in the event of an evident pricing error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders placed at the inaccurate price.
Payment must be made prior to order processing. We are not obligated to deliver Products until the payment has been received.

You agree to this electronic means of communication for contractual purposes, that all contracts, notices and other information we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Unfolded Circle will not be responsible for any delay or failure in any performance, due, without limitation to acts of God, war, warlike conditions, blockade, embargoes, riots, governmental restrictions, labor disturbances, unavailability of anticipated usual means of supplies, transportation or loading facilities, wrecks, epidemics, quarantine, fire, flood, earthquake, explosions, any unforeseen change in circumstances, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
If any portion of these Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such partial illegal or unenforceable portion shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, any dispute related to the Contract, Unfolded Circle product shall be settled before the Danish courts, unless any applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may change these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you before the amendments are made and enter into force. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Unfolded Circle website, after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any of the terms of these Terms should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose.
You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and Unfolded Circle. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.You will be responsible for the consequences of any unauthorised use of your product and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Unfolded Circle from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising from such unauthorised use.
