While we strive for your satisfaction with our products, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. You may return any product for a refund within 14 days of receiving your online order.
To start a return, kindly submit your return request through our website and fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Please note that Unfolded Circle will decline and return any items sent without an accompanying RMA form or using the issued return label.
Please ensure that the product remains undamaged and includes all its accessories and original packaging. Return the product along with the original invoice within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
If the returned goods do not match the condition and quantity as delivered by Unfolded Circle, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the diminished value of the product from the refund.
Upon receipt of returned items, a thorough inspection conducted to ensure they match the original condition provided by Unfolded Circle.
Returns will be declined under the following circumstances:
- Visible signs of wear are evident.
- The item has sustained damage during shipping.
Should the item become lost during transit for the return process, we cannot provide a refund for its original cost. We strongly advise opting for a delivery service that includes a track & trace feature and securing insurance for the shipment to safeguard against potential losses.
You will be responsible for any damage to the goods during return transport until Unfolded Circle has physically received the returned items. We recommend securely packaging the items and ensuring they are adequately insured during transit.
This Return policy is not applicable to Kickstarter rewards.
Unfolded Circle cannot provide refunds for any import or customs duty fees charged to you at the time of import or delivery.
